Ingredients:
- 3–4 lbs. Sawyer Creek Cattle grass-fed beef ribs
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or beef tallow)
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 2 tbsp B’s Raw Honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (adds depth)
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional, for heat)
Directions:
- Prep the Ribs: Pat the beef ribs dry. Rub them with apple cider vinegar and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- Sear for Flavor: Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the ribs for 2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together bone broth, raw honey, Dijon mustard, and all the spices. Pour over the ribs.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until the meat is tender and nearly falling off the bone.
